By downloading or using the app, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app.

Pubkey Ltd is committed to ensuring that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the app or its services without making it very clear to you exactly what you’re paying for.

At some point, we may wish to update the app. The app is currently available on macOS, Windows and Ubuntu – the requirements for system (and for any additional systems we decide to extend the availability of the app to) may change, and you’ll need to download the updates if you want to keep using the app. Pubkey Ltd does not promise that it will always update the app so that it is relevant to you and/or works with the version that you have installed on your device.

All of our software is provided ‘as-is’ without warranty of any kind. Pubkey Ltd is not liable for any damages arising out of any defects in the materials. In no event shall Pubkey Ltd be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use any of our products or the data they create.

Refund Policy

If you’ve purchased the app and are not happy with it, you are eligible for a full reimbursement within 30 days of your purchase.

To obtain your refund, please send your order ID or forward the original email receipt from your purchase. This will help speed up the process, and make sure that your refund is issued within 48 hours.
